Irene S. Rathmann Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Created by her daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Douglas Hartford, this scholarship honors the memory of Irene S. Rathmann. It is awarded to adult re-entry students in a Teaching Credential Program who plan to pursue a career in elementary education.

Criteria:

  • Adult re-entry student preparing to student-teach elementary school in the Liberal Studies – Integrated Teacher Education Program, Multiple Subject Teaching Credential Program, or Education Specialist Programs. Limited to student teachers.
  • Must be enrolled in a minimum of 9 units
