Alpha Delta Kappa - Zeta Chapter - Janice Law

Alpha Delta Kappa - Zeta Chapter - Janice Law

Janice Law was a wonderful mother, wife, sister, teacher, and friend. She was a teacher through and through, always using moments to teach life lessons to her 2 daughters. In addition to teaching, she led a Girl Scouts troop, volunteered in the Cerritos High School band while her daughter was a member, and saw her two daughters graduate college. After graduating from Cal State Long Beach, she taught middle school and high school math for more than thirty years in the Long Beach Unified School District. Once retired, Janice spent time traveling around the world, engaged in church activities, expanded her love of quilting, and joined Alpha Delta Kappa, where she served as historian, official photographer, and made beautiful tea books after our fundraising events. Janice was always thinking of others before herself and was generous to a fault.

Her friends in Alpha Delta Kappa Zeta are proud to honor her memory with this scholarship.

The College of Education (CED) expresses gratitude to all scholarship donors who continue to enhance the quality of education students experience at CSULB.
