CeEtta Crayton Endowed Award
The Department of Recreation and Leisure Studies awards a scholarship in honor of Professor CeEtta Crayton to a current undergraduate or Post Bac RT student who demonstrates academic ability who has volunteered or worked in recreation programs (preferably recreation therapy), and whose career goal is to use recreation to foster individual participant/client development and/or community development in under-served communities.
Criteria:
- Recreation Therapy major students or active Post Bac RT students;
- Enrolled Full Time;
- Minimum 2.5 undergraduate or 3.0 post-bac/graduate GPA;
- Financial need required;
- Demonstrate Recreation Therapy related experience (volunteer and/or paid work)
