JoAnn Acosta Dominguez Memorial Scholarship

The purpose of the JoAnn Acosta Dominguez Memorial Scholarship is to provide financial aid support to a full-time student preparing for a career in the health professions (MD, DDS, DO, PharmD, Podiatry, Optometry, Nurse, Pre-Dental, Pre-Medical) in the Department of Biological Sciences or the Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry.

Criteria:

• Must be a full-time, undergraduate student with a major or pre-major in the Department of Biological Sciences or the Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry.
• GPA in the range of 2.8 – 3.5;
• Student preparing for a career in the health professions (MD, DDS, DO, PharmD, Podiatry, Optometry, Nurse, Pre-Dental, Pre-Medical);
• Preference for first-generation students
