Latinx Student Union Breaking Fronteras 5K Scholarship

Born out of the political urgency to support students impacted by immigration policy, Breaking Fronteras Undocu5k is a 5K that raises funds to provide scholarships to CSULB students. The Breaking Fronteras 5k was created by Latinx Student Union, composed of all student Latinx organizations at California State University, Long Beach. Migration is beautiful and education is priceless. We envision this event to build a stronger community and uplift students in need.

Criteria:

• Enrolled in at least 6 units Undergraduate; 4 units Graduate; 3 units Doctorate
• Must demonstrate financial need
• Minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA for Undergraduate students and minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA for Graduate/Doctorate students
• Must be AB 540 and involved with an organization affiliated with the Latinx Student Union (LSU), Latinx Resource Center, or Dream Success Center
• GS700 students eligible
