Christina Speaker Scholarship

This scholarship was established to provide recognition to student government leaders who have strived to represent all segments of the CSULB campus.

Criteria:

• Must be a CSULB student enrolled in 12 units (undergraduate) or 6 units (graduate).
• Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
• Must have served in an elected or appointed position in the Executive, Legislative, or Judicial branch of student government at CSULB.
• Must endeavor to represent all segments of the CSULB campus.
• Must submit a personal statement (1,000 words) answering the following questions: 1) Identify and explain your duties in Associated Students Government at CSULB, 2) Provide an example of how you have endeavored to represent all segments of the University through your role in student government and 3) How has your role in student government supported your educational goals?
• Students are only eligible to receive one scholarship awarded by ASI.
