Dr. Marcela Chavez Endowed Award

The Dr. Marcela Chávez Endowed Award is to benefit undergraduate or graduate students by providing financial aid support.

Criteria:

• Demonstrate financial need.
• Minimum 2.5 GPA.
• First generation student (defined as the student’s parent or guardian has not earned a 4 year college degree).
• Preference given to students who are or were members of the Trio Programs (Upward Bound, Student Support Services, Talent Search) and/or receiving services through the Dream Success Center and/or Education Opportunity Program (EOP).
