Dr. Michael Steinberg Endowed Award

The purpose of the Dr. Michael Steinberg Endowed Award, established with a donation from the Russell C. and Cornelie G. Hibbeler Foundation, is to ensure that deserving students with an interest in and an understanding of structural analysis have the resources to reach their full academic and professional potential. Awards are designed to support all educationally related expenses for a CSULB student completing their educational pursuits.

Criteria

• Undergraduate students majoring in Civil Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;
• Demonstrates financial need;
• Junior or Senior class standing at the time of application;
• Minimum CSULB combined cumulative GPA 2.8;
• Enrolled full-time with 12 or more units.

Additional Scholarship Information
Students may reapply to receive the scholarship for renewal.
