Georgia Griffiths/G2 Software Systems Endowed Scholarship (CNSM)

To provide a scholarship for a student majoring in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Geological Sciences, Mathematics and Statistics, or Physics. This scholarship supports the advocacy of women in science.

*Criteria: *

• Declared major or pre-major in Biological Sciences, Chemistry and Biochemistry, Geological Sciences, Mathematics and Statistics, or Physics and Astronomy
• Sophomore, Junior or Senior continuing student;
• U.S. Citizen (U.S. born preferred);
  *Full-time student (minimum of 12 credits per semester)
• 3.0 GPA or higher
• Career interest in in technology and science based industry using math, science, technology, or engineering applications. Preference for those not planning to go on to a Ph.D., but whose goals focus on an industry career following completion of a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree program.
• Demonstrated leadership as evidenced by participation in campus or community organizations
  *The scholarship may be renewable from year to year;
• Consideration of financial need
