Roger Herald

The Roger Herald Experimental Film Scholarship was established in 1999 in memory of Roger Herald. Roger was a student in the Department of Film and Electronic Arts in the College of the Arts at CSULB. The intent of the scholarship is to promote a spirit of cooperation among peers, responsibility, academic excellence, and love for cinema—attributes embodied by Roger.
