Marion Pollock

Marion Pollock taught in the Health Science department from 1964 to 1981. She made a planned gift to the department through her estate in 1994. Marion was known across the country for her experience in designing curriculum for school health education programs. She was one of eight writers on a national study that eventually was housed at the National Education Association. Her scholarship supports graduate students in public health engaged in thesis work focusing on school or community health education.
