Malcolm S. Oliphant

Malcolm S. Oliphant was born on April 14, 1931 and passed away at the age of 71 on March 26, 2003. He graduated from CSULB in 1959 with a degree in Biological Science. He worked at the California Department of Fish and Game and wrote several books and publications on California Marine Fish Landings.
