Assistance League of Long Beach

Assistance League of Long Beach

Assistance League® of Long Beach is a nonprofit corporation whose purpose is to create a community of volunteers to identify and deliver philanthropic services. Our auxiliaries (Rick Rackers Las Hermanas, CAMEO, and Assisteens®) unite with chapter members to create the dynamic “community of volunteers” that is the lifeblood of the organization. Assistance League of Long Beach focuses on serving students in need in the greater Long Beach region through ten philanthropic programs. Most notable is scholarship support for California State University, Long Beach and Long Beach City College students, Operation School Bell which provides new school uniforms for K-12 students, and the Orthodontic Program at the Assistance League of Long Beach Philanthropic Center.

The College of Education (CED) expresses gratitude to all scholarship donors who continue to enhance the quality of education students experience at CSULB.
